Background and Objective: Childhood is one of the stages of human development that begins from birth and continues through adolescence and adolescence. This stage of the process is as important as the other two stages. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of preschool education on moral education and development of children's socio-moral values.
Method: This was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population of this study included all preschool students in Shadegan city in the academic year 2018-2019. Thirty subjects were randomly divided into two groups of control and experimental (n = 15).
Results: The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that preschool increased moral education and socio-moral values ​​(P <0.01).
Conclusion: It can be concluded that preschool education is an essential and effective course that can provide opportunities for comprehensive growth and excellence of children.
